Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview
This Fulfillment Policy explains how Effi Flo, a trading name of Duronto Consulting LLC, handles service delivery, onboarding, billing, renewals, and cancellations for our AI-powered recruiting automation systems and workflow projects.
This policy applies to all purchases made through effiflo.com or via direct agreements, and supplements our Terms of Service.
2. How services are delivered
Our Services — including Talent Flo, Signal Flo, Deal Flo, and Custom Flo — are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods.
- Subscription services (Talent Flo, Signal Flo, Deal Flo) are activated after payment confirmation and onboarding is completed. Typical onboarding takes 1–2 weeks depending on integration complexity.
- Custom projects (Custom Flo) follow a scoped statement of work. Delivery timelines are agreed upon in the project proposal or order form.
- Hire an Expert engagements are billed on a time-and-materials basis with agreed hourly or weekly rates.
3. Onboarding
After purchase, our team will schedule a kickoff call to:
- Understand your current workflows and tools.
- Configure integrations (ATS, CRM, Clay, email, etc.).
- Set up automations and workflows tailored to your processes.
- Provide training and documentation for your team.
We aim to have your first workflows live within the onboarding period agreed in your order form. Delays caused by incomplete access or information from the customer may extend the timeline.
4. Billing and payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the agreed term (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- Custom project fees are billed as specified in the project proposal — typically a deposit upfront with milestones.
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) unless we are required by law to collect them.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder at least 14 days before renewal where applicable.
6. Cancellations
- Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time by notifying us at hello@effiflo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Custom projects: Cancellation terms are specified in the project proposal. Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Because our Services are delivered digitally and involve significant setup and configuration work:
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
- Custom project fees for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.
- If we fail to deliver agreed services within a reasonable timeframe due to our fault, you may request a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.
Refund requests should be sent to hello@effiflo.com within 30 days of the charge in question.
8. Data after termination
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription or project:
- We will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow you to export or request a copy.
- After 30 days, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.
- Workflows, templates, and configurations built as part of Custom Flo projects that are delivered to you are yours to keep.
